Lincoln St. Rescue: Kitty Now Safe

Kitty was safely trapped overnight after the finder saw her nearly get hit by a transport truck on Lincoln Street the day before. She’s very timid and scared, and no microchip was detected when scanned.

She has since been dropped off at the Welland SPCA and is there for care and safety.💜🐾
