Found Kitty – Deere St, Welland

This sweet 14-year-old black male cat was found on Deere Street in Welland. He is microchipped, and a message has been left for his owner. The finder is kindly holding onto him until tomorrow, after which he’ll be taken to the Welland SPCA.
