FOUND CAT – WELLAND 🐾🐈‍⬛

This presumed female senior grey DSH was found in very poor condition with heavily matted hair and appearing to be going blind. No microchip was detected.

The kind finder brought her in right away and is keeping her safe while we search for an owner. Someone must be missing this sweet old lady.  An email has been sent to the Welland SPCA.💜🐾
