Cat—Black with a white chest and old scars on ears. Skinny and burrs in fur on tail.

St. Catharines—Finder was out sometime in the winter to help this cat but was unable to secure it. Finder wanted to try again, as she saw he has diarrhea and scoots his butt on the ground. Finder helped get him in the crate on July 14. JFN took him to HSGN as he needed medical care. No chip detected.
