Cat has been coming around the finder's home since approx. December 2024.

Finder has been essentially treating the cat as one of her own, even permitting him to come into the house as he pleases and sometimes stay the night. In all these months, he has been spending most of his time wandering but always returning to the finder for food. He does not appear to have another permanent place to go. He is always starving when fed. Scanned for chip; none detected. Finder has already contacted SPCA several times, who are unresponsive/have not come for the cat. SA advised that our typical procedure would be to get the cat posted to our pages and take him into foster care unless/until his family can be found. Finder said that she was happy to continue to care for the cat as a "foster" home.
